I'm Simon. I build websites, automations, and integrations, and I care most about the part after launch, when they have to keep working.

Lately a lot of that work happens alongside AI agents: coding agents that help me build, and interfaces that agents can use as well as people. This site is where I work through that in public, with build logs, small demos in the Lab, and notes on what holds up and what doesn't.
